EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidenced based treatment which is effective in trauma related disorders and other distressing issues. Bilateral Stimulation used in EMDR therapy helps the brain to reprocess the way information is stored in the brain which allows for the brain’s natural healing process.

EMDR Therapy

I offer both weekly EMDR therapy and intensive EMDR sessions.

Some people benefit from consistent weekly EMDR sessions, while others prefer intensive sessions when time or flexibility is limited.

Clarity Consultation

One-hour, one-time telehealth consultation for people unsure about starting therapy.
It’s not therapy and doesn’t require any ongoing commitment. The goal is to help you think clearly about what you’re experiencing and whether therapy makes sense right now, so you can decide your next step with confidence instead of staying stuck in indecision.

Many people leave the consultation with:
Clarity – Insight into what’s happening for them and why it matters.
Direction – A sense of how to approach their next steps, whatever they may be.
Confidence – The reassurance to make decisions from their own understanding rather than indecision or fear.
