I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of clinical experience helping people achieve their goals.
My approach is rooted in authenticity, honesty, laughter, and care. I provide a calm and supportive space for healing, believing that everyone has the ability to live—not just exist.
Throughout the years, I have worked with diverse populations using a person-centered approach. I am certified in EMDR, and having experienced its benefits in my own healing journey, I can personally attest to its effectiveness. I am passionate about helping others experience the transformative power of EMDR in their own lives.
I currently work with individuals who are navigating distressing or traumatic life events, whether past or present. I understand the urge to withdraw when pain feels too overwhelming to face—when you're craving relief, clarity, or even just a moment of peace but feel stuck in survival mode.
As part of this work, I also offer specialized support for those caring for a loved one living with Alzheimer’s or dementia. I understand the emotional toll that comes with seeing someone you love change—the grief, the quiet exhaustion, and the ongoing sense of loss that often accompanies this journey. Having personally experienced the challenges of caregiving; this journey has deeply informed my practice. My understanding of what caregivers’ face is grounded in real-life experience—not just theory.
Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I am here to guide and support you—whether you're an individual working to become the best version of yourself or a caregiver carrying the emotional weight of supporting a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia. I use EMDR as a primary intervention to help you find balance and meaning, no matter what life brings.
If you feel it is your time to heal and you're ready to process what’s been holding you back, I would be honored to guide you on your journey toward change.
