I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified in EMDR with over a decade of experience helping adults move from surviving to truly living. My approach is grounded in authenticity, honesty, laughter, and care—offering a calm, supportive space where you can intentionally process what’s been holding you back.

I work with adults navigating past or present distressing or traumatic experiences, as well as those carrying the emotional weight of caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Caregiving can quietly take over your life, bringing exhaustion, grief, guilt, and frustration. In therapy, we address both the realities of caregiving and its personal impact, helping you feel more grounded, clear, and reconnected to yourself.

I also bring personal understanding to this work, having navigated the emotional challenges of my mother’s dementia. This allows me to appreciate not only how EMDR works clinically, but what it feels like to process difficult emotions while still showing up for daily life. I help clients experience that same sense of clarity, steadiness, and forward movement.

My work is focused and intentional. We identify the issues that matter most, work toward meaningful change, and integrate what you’ve learned into your everyday life. The pace is guided by you, and therapy is designed to support completion—so you decide when a particular phase of work is finished, rather than feeling pulled into endless sessions.

Whether you are processing trauma, rediscovering your sense of self, or navigating the emotional demands of caregiving, I provide structured, thoughtful EMDR support tailored to your needs and readiness. If you’re ready to move forward with clarity and confidence, I would be honored to support you.
